Accommodation Placements Adviser

Job description

Job purpose:

Working as an Accommodation Placements Adviser, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and extending commercial hotel bookings, dealing with rent accounts and any social behaviour from clients.
  • Providing timely, comprehensive and customer focused service to applicants requiring temporary accommodation.
  • Working in partnership with letting agents, commercial hotel and other relative internal developments to effectively keep on top of all extensions.
  • Checking invoices to ensure the correct amount has been paid.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and legislations.
  • Ability to work well as a team and independently.
