Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a children's learning disability service.. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing  leadership and support to the  team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and treatment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the registered manager
  • Supervising new starters during their probation period
  • Act as deputy in the absence of the registered manager
  • Working on a rota basis
  • Manage shift team supporting with meeting theneeds of the children effectively

Requirements:

  • Level 3children and young people
  • 2 years experience within a team leader position
  • Strong communication and management skills
