Job purpose:
- To provide a comprehensive support service within the Leasehold Services covering the full range of administration support activity and providing an efficient and effective Leasehold transactional service.
- To work with colleagues in the team to deliver excellent customer service and to continually improve service delivery.
- To assist in the processing and monitoring of a range of service activity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- To distribute incoming correspondence, in accordance with procedures.
- Respond to telephone enquiries securing the best service and outcomes for customers.
- To provide support to senior staff on a planned or ad-hoc basis.
- To attend out of office meetings when necessary as dictated by the needs of the service area, including evening meetings when required.
- To comply with measures to protect the confidentiality of information in accordance with Tower Hamlets policies and procedures, including the duties outlined by the Data Protection Act.
- To contribute towards achieving the Service’s performance targets.
- To provide flexible support in response to the needs of the service in relation to producing invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Administration experience.
- Experience of working to deadlines.
- Ability to use IT effectively including MS Office applications.
- Experience of working in a customer facing role.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
