Service Support Officer

Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing daily welfare checks of all residents.
  • Updating the online welfare checks of all residents.
  • Performing health and safety checks.
  • Raising maintenance repairs.
  • Controlling door entry.
  • Maintaining data protection.
  • Managing hostel diary.
  • Answering calls introducing the service and yourself, take messages and pass them on to the relevant person verbally and/or via email.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.
