Job description

As a Specialist ADHD Non-Medical Prescriber, you will be playing a crucial role in providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with ADHD. This fully remote position involves assessing, diagnosing, and prescribing non-medical interventions for individuals with ADHD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose ADHD and determine appropriate non-medical interventions.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to gather relevant information and contribute to the overall care plan.
  • Prescribing non-medical interventions and treatments tailored to the specific needs of individuals with ADHD.
  • Providing clear and accurate information to patients and their families regarding prescribed non-medical interventions.
  • Conducting remote consultations with patients through virtual platforms to ensure accessibility and continuity of care.
  • Working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for individuals with ADHD.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in completing ADHD assessments and prescribing ADHD medication.
  • Non-Medical Prescriber related qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of non-medical interventions for ADHD.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote multidisciplinary team.

Notes:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (fully flexible remote working)
  • Pay: £55,000 - £57,000 Per Annum (Pay increases to £60,000 after a successful 6-month probation)
