Reablement Support Worker

Archer Resourcing have an exciting new Reablement Support Worker position in Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will be a passionate individual who is ready to help and provide guidance to people, in order for them to regain their independence and confidence. The team in Oxfordshire are looking for dedicated individuals to be a part of a large team providing care and reablement support to service users.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Provide a person-centred approach to assist people to regain independence
• Teaching individual’s skills that can help them to become more confident in themselves
• Helping individuals to relearn key skills that they may need to use in their lives
• Assisting with personal care

Requirements:

• Relevant experience to support work
• Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months - on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
