Social Worker

Archer Resourcing have a great new opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the Children’s Looked After Team in Flintshire.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in the dedicated team in Flintshire, ensuring that the safety of children is paramount. You will be supporting young people in order to make sure that their personal needs are being met to ensure the best possible opportunities for them are made available.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting looked after children and young people, ensuring that their emotional, educational, and social needs are met
• Managing a case load
• Working together as a team in order to provide the best possible care
• Working in partnership with other professionals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2years+ experience within a Children’s Social Work team
• Degree relevant to Social Work
• Registration with the HCPC

• Must hold a driving licence and have access to own vehicle
• Knowledge and application of the legal framework and assessment process in Children’s Social Care
