Job description
Working as a dedicated Autism Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and overseeing the clinical aspects of our remote autism services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing clinical leadership and oversight for remote autism services, ensuring adherence to best practices and evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Developing and delivering training programs for remote service providers, ensuring a high level of competence in autism interventions.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of remote autism service programs.
- Establishing and monitoring quality assurance processes to evaluate the effectiveness of remote interventions.
- Conducting regular reviews of clinical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Advocating for the needs and rights of individuals with autism and their families, ensuring that services are person-centred and culturally sensitive.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree, and registration with a professional body.
- Experience in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Proven leadership and management skills in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions for autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
