Maths and English Teacher

As a Maths and English Teacher, you will play a key role in fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve academic success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in both Maths and English, catering to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies to make the subjects accessible and interesting.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and critical thinking.
• Providing individualised support to students, addressing their unique learning styles and challenges.
• Regularly monitoring and evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
• Identifying and addressing individual learning needs, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree in Education, Maths, English, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for both Maths and English education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
