Registered Mental Health Nurse

Archer Resourcing have a great opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the dedicated team in Harlesden.

If you are a hard-working individual who is dedicated to providing individualised health and social care to individuals facing mental health issues, then we would love to hear from you. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will build effective relationships with patients and their families, allowing you to work in partnership ensuring that the patient is receiving the appropriate care and support that they require.

Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in Duty rota
• Complete and maintain risk assessments and management plans
• Keep clinical records up-to-date and in accordance with legislation and trust policies
• Receive and participate in clinical supervision in accordance with policy, and maintain compliance with Mandatory and Statutory Training

Requirements:

• Degree relevant to NMC
• Significant relevant clinical experience
• Experience of taking responsibility for a ward / clinical unit
• Experience of supporting practice development in clinical areas
• Enhanced DBS - on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.
• NMC registered

• Pay Rate:- Negotiable / Weekly pay though umbrella,
