Substance Misuse Nurse

Archer Resourcing have an exciting new opportunity for a Substance Misuse Nurse to join the Community Drug and Alcohol Detox Clinic in Bournemouth.

If you are a compassionate individual who is looking to provide high levels of attention and care to patients, then this could be the position for you. The successful candidate will be competent across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in effective assessment of care needs, providing a high standard of care to clients
• Develop, implement & evaluate programmes of care using a problem-solving approach that ensures the needs of each individual patients are met
• To participate in delivering training on substance misuse issues to wider stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree relevant
• Must have an understanding and commitment to recovery, as well as the person-centred approach
• 1 +years' experience working in a previous role within the substance misuse field
• Full U.K. driving licence and access to own vehicle is advantageous
• Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months - on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today
• Current and valid registration with the NMC
• Have the ability to deliver a range of services/treatments/interventions in a person centred and non-judgemental approach
