We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ADHD Clinical Lead to join the team. In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supervising our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to individuals with ADHD.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of ADHD, its diagnosis, treatment modalities, and associated challenges.
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Utilising extensive clinical experience to inform and enhance the quality of care provided to patients with ADHD.
- Demonstrating strong leadership skills to effectively supervise and support clinical staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Making informed and effective decisions in a leadership capacity, addressing clinical and operational challenges as they arise.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Extensive clinical experience working with ADHD, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a clinical team.
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Assertive yet collaborative demeanour, able to balance assertiveness with diplomacy and empathy.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving excellence in clinical care.
