We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ASD Clinical Lead to join a dynamic team in a fully remote role. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment, diagnosis, and management of clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of care, support, and treatment. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for leadership in a fully flexible work-from-home environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the clinical assessment and treatment of individuals diagnosed with ASD.
- Overseeing and managing a team of clinicians providing support and interventions to clients.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing treatment plans and ensuring they align with the latest clinical best practices.
- Providing training, mentorship, and support to clinical staff to maintain high-quality standards of care.
- Liaising with families, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and holistic care for individuals with ASD.
- Collaborating with other departments and professionals to promote consistent care and service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies within the ASD services sector.
- Reviewing and analysing clinical data to ensure that interventions are effective and outcomes are monitored and reported.
- Driving innovation in ASD service delivery through continuous professional development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ASD clinical assessment and intervention.
- Professional registration with HCPC, BACP, RCSLT, or equivalent regulatory body.
- Demonstrated leadership or team management experience in a clinical setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, including diagnosis, intervention, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with clinicians, patients, and families.
