Job Opportunity: Educational Psychologist – Specialist Educational Settings

Are you a qualified Educational Psychologist looking to make a genuine impact in the lives of neurodivergent students? We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team supporting academically able learners in specialist settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with young people who face barriers to mainstream education due to autism, anxiety, and sensory needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from Educational Psychologists with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience. However, less experienced candidates with a strong interest in the field will also be considered. Experienced EPs looking for leadership responsibilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements

  • HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist
  • Understanding of masking, school-related trauma, and neurodiversity-affirming practices
  • Strong communication and co-production skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • UK work authorisation – unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visa applications
