Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Cambridge, MA. In this on-site role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, design and implement customized intervention plans, and support the growth of essential skills for our youngest learners. You will supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and collaborate with clients to drive meaningful progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Supervision and Case Management:
    • Collaborate with the Senior Regional Director team to manage a diverse caseload.
    • Provide temporary case coverage during supervisor transitions or leaves of absence.
  • Assessment and Analysis:
    • Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments using tools like VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF.
    • Analyze data to evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation:
    • Develop, oversee, and monitor tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
    • Ensure treatment plans align with evidence-based practices and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Professional Development and Training:
    • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning to enhance team performance and client care.
  • Parent Coaching and Collaboration:
    • Offer guidance and coaching to parents, empowering them to support their child's development.
    • Conduct sessions in person and as needed for family support.
  • Operational Initiatives:
    • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for on-site care.
    • Contribute to creating scalable tools and workflows for use across the organization.
  • Other Duties:
    • Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an on-site BCBA.
  • Active BCBA certification (Required).
  • Ability to pass a background check (Required).
  • Eligibility for licensure/credentialing in MA.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with autism and developmental delays.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Availability for flexible work hours, including evenings.
