Job description

As a Finance Business Partner reporting to the CFO, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial performance and strategic growth of an Autism, ADHD & Therapy Service. Working closely with clinical and operational teams, you will provide the financial insights needed to achieve both immediate objectives and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the Autism, ADHD & Therapy Services.
  • Developing and delivering financial performance reports, KPIs, and variance analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Partnering with the CFO to design financial strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Leading the financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for Autism, ADHD & Therapy Services.
  • Providing insightful financial projections to guide long-term investments and resourcing.
  • Working closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to provide financial guidance and recommendations.
  • Monitoring and driving performance by analysing financial outcomes against key targets and benchmarks.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial and operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or financial planning and analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in the healthcare, therapy, or mental health services sectors.
  • Strong influencing skills with the confidence to challenge and support senior management.
  • Proven experience in supporting decision-making within clinical, healthcare, or service-oriented environments.
  • Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
