We are looking for dedicated HCPC Registered Psychologists to join a committed team in Norwich, delivering high-quality psychological assessments, therapies, and interventions. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide impactful mental health services to a diverse client population.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting thorough psychological assessments for clients across a range of presenting issues, utilising evidence-based tools and methodologies.
- Providing individual and group therapy, drawing on a range of psychological models and tailored to client needs.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualised treatment plans, collaborating with clients to ensure effective outcomes.
- Working closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to provide holistic care.
- Participating in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to client-centred treatment planning.
- Engaging and building rapport with clients, delivering care with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
- Providing guidance and support to families and caregivers where appropriate, ensuring they are informed and involved in the therapeutic process.
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and detailed clinical records in compliance with HCPC and organisational guidelines.
- Preparing reports, case summaries, and other documentation to support client care, discharge planning, and transitions.
Requirements:
- Must be a registered Psychologist.
- HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience working in a clinical setting with a range of psychological disorders.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based psychological therapies.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and families effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage caseloads and maintain documentation.
- Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
