Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate emotional support and guidance via a 24/7 helpline.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and offer appropriate referrals.
  • Complete risk assessments and adhere to BACP ethical guidelines.
  • Document information accurately and maintain records in the company database.
  • Handle a variety of issues, including distressed or at-risk individuals.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance counselling skills.
  • Maintain an active caseload of video counselling clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a level 4 diploma in counselling and counselling experience.
  • BACP registered member.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Motivation to meet deadlines and targets.
  • High computer literacy and experience with telephony and CRM systems.
