Prison Health Care Advisor

Archer Resourcing have an excellent opportunity for a prison cleared HCA to join the team in Norwich

The purpose of this role is to provide consistent care for all patients whilst in custody and furthermore support the resettlement process whether they are released into the community or transferring onto another establishment.The post holder will practically assist in the delivery of high-quality personal care to patients who have been assessed by the Royal Borough of Greenwich as requiring support. These patients will have a diverse range of needs. In order to achieve the best possible outcome, a focus on developing sustainable improvements in their overall health and well being is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• The assessment of needs, planning and delivery of care for adults from assessment to discharge from services.
• Implementing and evaluating care plans collaboratively with service users, carers and other professionals, providing individualised care.
• Working closely with adults to empower and support their recovery journey.
• Supporting the development of a safe, therapeutic inpatient environment.

Applicant Requirements:

• Prison Clearance
• Experience working within a priosn service
• Enhanced DBS. Dated within the last 12 months- on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today
• Up to date DBS
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle may be advantageous
