We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join a committed team, providing essential therapy and assessment services to children and young adults in Oxfordshire. This role offers the flexibility to choose your own working hours within a school-hours framework, making it ideal for professionals looking for a work-life balance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting speech and language therapy sessions with children and young adults, addressing a variety of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Performing assessments and compiling detailed reports on each case, providing clear and actionable insights for further therapy or educational support.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and assessments.
- Traveling to various schools and educational settings within a 10-20 mile radius, with mileage compensated.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with children and young adults in a therapeutic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation for travel within the specified radius.

Notes:
- Department: Children / Young Adults.
- Contract: Pick and choose when you would like to work.
- Pay Rate: £40 Per Hour (Therapy) and an additional £85 - £89 Per Assessment + Report.
