Job description

As a Telephone Counsellor, you will provide confidential support to individuals dealing with personal or work-related issues. Your role will be pivotal in promoting well-being and enhancing productivity within organizations.

Qualifications:

  • BACP registered member
  • Minimum of 100 hours of counselling experience
  • Degree in counselling or a level 4 diploma

Role Responsibilities:

  • Offer immediate emotional support and guidance to callers via a 24/7 helpline.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide appropriate referrals.
  • Complete risk assessments and adhere to BACP ethical guidelines.
  • Provide efficient and effective telephone counselling services.
